Whole Organization Performance Improvement

En Avant Consulting provides holistic business and organization mentoring, using our 8 Dimensions Organizational model.  Any organization—particularly a business organization—has eight essential dimensions to health and success:

  • Customerscob_ea
  • Leadership
  • Workforce
  • Operations
  • Finances
  • Information & Knowledge
  • Innovation & Design
  • Marketing & Sales

At the core of these dimensions is the organization’s strategy: who they are and what they are uniquely designed to do in our world. We view these dimensions as a continuum.  No dimension is more important than another; health in all eight is essential for success.

We mentor businesses and other organizations by working with the organization’s leaders and workforce to explore its current health in each dimension and discover where improvement would bring the most value.

In working with our model, we do not pursue “balance”.  There are times in every organization’s life cycle where balance is not possible; focus on one or a few dimensions is necessary for success.  Rather, we seek to ensure that no organization neglects any dimension of a whole organization.  We seek to discover where neglect has allowed a particular dimension to atrophy and find creative ways to reinvigorate performance within that dimension.

Business Consulting and The President’s Survey

En Avant leverages years of performance improvement experience in and millions of dollars in savings to businesses and government to bring immediate value to our customers.

In partnership with Academy Associates, En Avant offers operational performance evaluation and improvement services centered on our unique President’s Survey.  Unlike most other performance evaluation surveys, the President’s Survey is designed as a free-form tool to allow a business’ work force to communicate directly with its leaders.

The survey seeks out workforce evaluation of what a business or business unit does well, the most critical obstacles to better performance and what key steps are needed to achieve higher performance.

Responses to the survey are collated by performance improvement experts, along with members of business’ workforce, summarized and presented to the President or business unit leader.  Survey results document suggested action that offer the highest potential at cost reduction, cycle time improvement or workforce efficiency.
